More homes coming to Grantham, Vistry Group is holding a virtual community consultation to ensure residents and other local stakeholders can find out more about the vision, provide comments, and help influence the proposals which will evolve following the feedback received in this process.

The proposed site is allocated for housing in the South Kesteven District Council’s Local Plan 2011-2036 and forms Phase 2 of Grantham’s Northwest Quadrant. Phase 2 will support the urban extension to Grantham to meet South Kesteven’s projected housing requirements.
