In preparation for the LCC Permit Scheme, from the 1 July we will be publishing all overnight road works onto LCC Website. As we will be placing ‘Conditions’ onto Permits, we have a duty under the New Roads and Street Works Act to inform District Councils if we have instructed overnight works (noise levels). This will include any LCC works, Utility or Private works.  The website will also allow Councillors/District Councils/Members of the Public to obtain information.
